Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between AURA FIT (hereinafter "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Client") making a purchase on the sweet-creations-site-lxu0z.myshopify.com website.

Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

AURA FIT offers women's sportswear: sets, leggings, zip-up jackets, and tank tops. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page.

Photos are non-contractual. Slight color variations may exist depending on screens.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. AURA FIT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order

The Client places an order online. The order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent automatically.

AURA FIT reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order or in case of stockout.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online via the secure methods offered: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

The debit is made at the time of order validation.

Article 6 — Delivery

• Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after shipment
• Free delivery for purchases over €40
• Home delivery: €3.99 for purchases under €40
• A tracking email is sent upon shipment

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 30 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

To exercise this right, the Client must contact AURA FIT by email at contact.aurafit@gmail.com with their order number.

Article 8 — Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags. Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of the return.

Article 9 — Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-4 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the Civil Code).

Article 10 — Personal Data

The collected data is used solely for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data. Contact: contact.aurafit@gmail.com.

Article 11 — Disputes

In case of dispute, the Client may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. French law is applicable.
